Philip...8 quarts is a lot of soup. I just make a big pot. The chicken feet are on those foam meat trays ....I buy and freeze half. Maybe a half pound??? 10 feet?? I DONT KNOW ! no..We don't eat the things.. they just make a great stock...then I discard..also add wings or thighs ( which fall apart and muddy the soup ) ( the feet keep it pristine) ..I start with two cartons of progresso chicken broth.. comes in a box with screw top. ..

Speaking of feet....NOTHING flavors a pasta sauce like pigs feet. I haul those out too..give to buddy's pooches. Also add sweet Italian sausage, neck bones(discard), ribs -> beef or pork.

People try to turn back their "odometers." Not me. I want people to know 'why' I look this way. I've traveled a long way and some of the roads weren't paved
