I run Windows 7 and dont have the snipping tool but can still save screenshots by pressing the PRT/SCR button once, then open Paint. In the top left corner of paint click on paste and your screenshot will appear on the paint screen. Then you can adjust it by cropping or any other functions avail and then save it as a JPG file. That file can be used here
