I will start with one little MDB that has never missed a spring or fall bloom. It is MDB Trimmed Velvet. It has not been the best increaser but for reliability and beauty it is a very special little iris.

Unlike most MDB's it has multiple bloom stalks and double sockets. It has good sized velvety blooms. The color is rich so i would have to put it on the champion list.
