Cindy , I don't that variety will have an impact on yours or anybody's I only know it had on mine , (does) , If one variety does not seem to work for you , All that about variety is something to keep in mind ,

I get herb and plant crazy to a few Another I had forgotten is fresh Basil , Only man does that taste off and away to me , So I add bits to salads ,
Long story shortened at least I know a few , as to setting it up as an all the time thing , Well you all have heard the story ,,

Bread is a supposed bad to Sugar , all the carbs , but it does not have that much effect on my sugar blood tests ,
Exercise , I gain weight when I do , Comprehension ,,,? is doing things that are well for one's self ,, Without being a Medical dietitian or professional athlete ,,
Wisdom from the old fudds society of been there Confused D'Oh! ( Rolling on the floor laughing sort of ,,,
In the Butterfly garden if a plant is not chewed up I feel like a failure
