It is likely this photo depicts a hybrid of some sort, the sepals too wide and short to be fargesii, and I've not seen any fargesii form with petals that hot red-pink color, and in fargesii the spurs are much shorter that the sepals, never longer than the sepals as seen here. The green pollen possibly indicates fargesii influence in the hybrid (only a few Epimedium have green pollen). I have uploaded two images that show typical fargesii flower form.
