@Mabel_goddar, 'Sweet Autumn' is in pruning group 2. If you look again at the article there is a picture showing you where they should be pruned down to. Hope that helps!

@PeggyC, 'Kardynal Wyszynski' is also in pruning group 2, so follow the same info I shared with Mabel. They can handle quite a bit of pruning if it's too large. Maybe you can sneak a trellis in the ground next to the mailbox for it to grow on. Beautiful picture you shared!
