@mystlw what do you mean by roots, do you mean 'bare root'? I don't think that anything like roots, bark, leaves etc of prohibited plants can be imported as they can all harbour bacteria or viruses, or so I understand. We can import seeds but as daylilies don't come true from seed it doesn't help if you are wanting a specific variety.
@legaliliy--love that one, although I am in shock that there exists a daylily that you don't already have!
