The first one (SSS48) looks to have a colour that is part way between Lavender Blue Baby and Blue Eden so maybe inherited that way.
As regards SSS51, I think cream is genetically yellow so pink (from Lavender Blue Baby or Blue Eden) combined with yellow (cream) possibly makes the peach colour? I don't know if colours are dominant, recessive or dilute in daylilies in the same way as they are with mammals, maybe Maurice (adamad on here) can advise.
