Yes, a pod can have multiple "fathers". Each grain of pollen forms it's own pollen tube, to travel up and make a seed. This is the reason they suggest emasculating the flower when pollinating it, and then also covering it from visiting bees after pollinating it. Right now I have a pod (Amaryllis) forming that has 2 fathers - so I really will not know which baby came from which father.
