I've had positive and negative experiences on the LA in regards to orders received. Any bad experiences(2 ) were resolved with my either getting a refund or a replacement. I don't leave positive feedback for a negative transaction. I also go through the LA administrators when issues arise. There are "bad buyers" on the LA who don't pay, so be careful if your a seller. Feedback doesn't always tell the whole story.
I do want to put in a plug for buying directly from sellers who are known in the daylily community. Curt Hanson - Crintonic Gardens, Brent Ross - Cottage Gardens, Bill Maryott - Maryott Gardens who as far as I know, don't sell on the LA.
