@farmerdill Dillard I read your reviews of both the White Acre and the Lady peas. Had to laugh, there's that testimony about shelling the Lady peas! Since you have grown both, which do you prefer taste wise? I have to confess, the Farmer's Market gets my business on the peas and butterbeans. They shell them and I buy the bushel bag, clean them, and break them down into quart bags and freeze.

Philip! I think our okra is very similar! I do cut the cap, being very careful not to cut into the pod, it will make the juice murky. Umm lessee cider vinegar, dill seed, garlic clove, 1hot pepper, pickling salt and some water. I haven't tried the quart jars, I have to be picky about the size of the okra for the wide mouth pint.

Ed I have used neither salt nor sugar in the pepper sauce, ? the need?? Anyhoo, I'll be interested in your comparison tests between the different peppers. Wait did I read you had cayenne? That's my favorite for sauce, serrano was good too when I couldn't find cayenne.

Your photo, deer in the headlights? That's me after asking about the drip system. Rolling on the floor laughing Plus, my eyes are starting to glaze over But I am intrigued, so I will check it out. Just 5 5 gal buckets so far. I'm trying to ease back into veggies. nodding
