Kristi I just stumbled on this post, cause I'm not in TX! I grow crinum, I'm not sure if you got an answer but you might consider Royal White.
It's a digweedii type crinum, there are a lot of different digweedii hybrids and in some the stripe colors are much darker. Hope this helps in your quest for a name!
