Those Mama Mia's are gorgeous! I once saw a recipe where a pepper is seeded and baked in the oven with a bit of olive oil drizzled over them and a sprinkle of garlic salt. The peppers were baked until they collapsed and put into Italian bread as a sandwich. I haven't tried it yet but it sounds good. It was someone's family recipe on another gardening forum.
