I've made it with Habaneros before and Tabasco. Both delicious!! I use the jelly for other recipes too, like added to mustard for a dipping sauce or just on crackers with cream cheese. Sometimes it's added to dishes like chicken or BBQ sauces. All yummy.

My plants weren't as prolific as yours, Ed, but here is what's left of last years Tabasco peppers.
