Just be aware if you plan to break the law, there are consequences and you may subject to fines. When I joined an on-line gardening website in 2006 for the very first time; someone was kind enough to educate me by telling me that they sent plants internationally once and their plants were confiscated at the border and they were fined because they had not filled out the required forms and had not purchased the proper phytosanitary certificate.
