Joe Ghio recommends about a 20 minute dip.. He also says to let them dry afterwards, otherwise it affects the flowers the following year. I also rinse after bleaching.
I used to bleach everything I sent out, but now I leave it up to the recipient... and let them know that they haven't been dipped.
