Jam season again. I just tried a basil-blackberry mix, which is good. Follow your favorite blackberry jam recipe, adding in about a cup of minced fresh basil and the zest of a lemon tied in a bag while the berries cook down. I also added a good dollop of vanilla extract right before ladling into jars.
I want to live in a world where the chicken can cross the road without its motives being questioned.
