I figure its about time I make my own thread where I can spew things about my garden....right? Hilarious!
My iris gardens and my gardens altogether are a work in progress, so I hope you don't mind some weeds!

My collection of irises is still quite small. 34 if I recall, but I suppose that number could increase quite rapidly over the coming months an years!

I am alway open to advice and any comments, of course. I hope you enjoy the 'Monty's Blue Ridge Gardens Saga' of sorts. Hilarious!

I planted some mums in a few ceramic pots, and they're blooming beautifully now!

And the other little guy. Not bad for only $1!

I was luckily able to get pictures today as somehow it is not raining at this current moment!

In another pot, this time, plastic, I put Cat's Eye rhizome in the middle. I am stoked to have this little one because the pictures I see are fantastic!

He has two little companions in the forms of tiny rhizomes that were found and either rotting or small to begin with. One of which is an Edith Wolford rhizome - my last Edith left and I am hoping she survives. Considering her large rhizome was rotting, and the little cutling left has grown a nice fan in just seven days, that is very promising. She is to the left of Cat's Eye.

The other small rhizome looks to be a purple/white bicolour noid that reminds me much of Helen Collingwood:

Here's one that bloomed earlier in 2018!

Okay, that's two, I know, so here's three making a very nice image!

I believe of all my noids, this Helen Collingwood lookalike is my favourite....or the Gay Paree lookalike.

Lucy Doodle is sending up an increase! Yay!

Deborah Dances is as well!

An Indian Chief doppleganger is sending up quite a few increases! I received several of these, all noid, and most seem to be increasing already.

The companion noid with him is a TB yellow noid, but he seems to be quite a bit slower at increasing.

Or, nevermind. I spot an increase right to the left of the large fan!

Kind Candace and Faithful and True are looking healthy! No increases yet on either, or on Mariposa Autumn, right with them.

In my quest to find the missing orange TB noid that hasn't bloomed in years, I transplanted all around a tree that was right in my memory, where the tree now is. I am hoping that the orange noid was not tossed out by the tree. Regardless, all of the transplants have immediately taken root and shot up fans!

Sweet Musette looks....alright.

Another Indian Chief lookalike sending up an increase!

Species Iris Florentina immediately took root and is growing back its fan.

Ah, I caught a petunia blooming in one of the hanging baskets. They're really liking this colder weather!

It looks like Beverly Sills has some...choice words...or fingers to say to me. Fans? Rolling on the floor laughing

Acoma, along with Beverly Sills is regrowing back out of the clipped areas.

And Golden Panther looks to have recovered some green hues into the tops of his fan. He is growing that back too! I am particularly excited for this iris! I hope it blooms next year.

And finally, for the 'I'm growing my fans back' bit, Harvest of Memories has really quickly recovered her fans. She looked awful a few days ago, but now she is looking quite pristine!

I could go on with this one post, but there will certainly be more. I can't wait! Can you? Enjoy! Lovey dubby
TB 'Starting Fresh' blooming for me in May of 2022. It bloomed for a week and a half with nine buds.
