Mike, Our official total for the season last year was under 4". This series of storms that just ended gave us more than that in 3 days. We depend on the snow pack in the Sierras. The canals run around 700 miles. Also the Colorado river provides about 30% of our water...another 300 mi. You live in Paradise...until the mountain finally blows. I would take my chances with the mountain! Hilarious! If I could afford it.
