Are you sure about the ID of this lovely flowering aloe? I am wondering if it might be spinosissima, or another plant, instead. The main reason I say this is that the raceme of "Blue Elf" is sparsely flowered and the inflorescences here do not match the other photos. The rosettes look like spinosissima to me, but there are a few aloes in the ballpark, so it's hard for me to tell. Maybe you have some background info that would clarify this.
