Yes...at least two...preferably 3...as one will die. That's what has gotten me into the deep s**t I find myself in now. I'll check to see if we have a female CO.
OTOH.. I did buy 2 double coconut seeds...both sprouted and they too require a M & F...one is here..the other at my sisters 20 miles away.
I doubt I'll be around to see it flower..and takes years to set seed
