There is a book entitled "Growing Miniature Orchids" by Rebecca Northern. I don't know if any on line book dealer might have it since it has been out of print for quite some time but it might help.
Also there is a book called Botanicas Encyclopedia of Orchids that is readily available through Amazon. This is a thick little book that is so full of orchid information, pictures, and growing information that every orchid grower should have a copy. Good, slightly used copies are like 10-15 dollars.
