We've had rain for 2 or 3 days now with some snow predicted by morning. How much accumulation is uncertain. At least I'll be home tomorrow. What time I get to work on Thursday will be determined by the amount of snow we get. I have to go in sometime Thursday as that is when we turn in our timesheets for the next paycheck!!

Big PRAISE THE LORD today. An attorney in town gave me about 15 or more large yard size trash bags of shredded office paper. I'll use it for bedding in the birdhouse. Not all plants like the acid from the cedar chips and I have to buy those. The paper isn't acidic and it's free. This will make the bedding about 4" deep by the time it packs down and he says he will have about 2 or 3 bags every couple weeks. It should work great for mulch and maybe a worm bed. I know there will be thin strips of the paper all over but it will be better than newpaper size sheets that some times get away when they dry out and I don't have something on top of them.

GOD bless and keep each of you. May you have a blessed and joyous Holy Day.
