Reaching September isn't in the NGA or AHS database. Is it unregistered?

Edited: I checked out scapehunter and he only has one listing. It's his first intro, though, and it's yellow.

It doesn't say what the bloom time is, but I'm not real interested in yellows, although it is a gorgeous bloom.
