Fellowship....... a feeling of friendship that people have when they are talking, doing something together, or sharing their experiences about a common interest. I enjoy this fellowship when others join me on the Bonnie's Bloomer's thread with thier photos, experiences, advice, encouragement, adventures, stories and just plain garden joys. Hoping to continue that tradition I thought the 2019 thread needed a name to reflect that fellowship.

Here bloom season will be slow to start. I had almost no winter so do not expect many of the older MDB's (the ones with more pumila in the cross) to bloom (I hope that they surprise me). Hopefully the newer ones should perform as usual. Since the SDB's require the same care and environment as the taller varieties I am looking forward to a normal amount of spring bloom. Two little varieties have bloom stalks.
I did have a bloom on my indoor twelve disciples iris or walking iris.
Also this little unguicularis iris has bloomed since Christmas.
This one grows in a bucket by a gate.
