19% is unhelathy for you, your plants and furniture. I run 3 humidifiers during the winter and keep the humidity in my house at 38% to 45%. Less nose bleeds.
Running a small fan is a good idea if you have hot pockets, corners where warm air is trapped. However, fans tend to dry out plants quickly.
