The US food supply is very political, I think. I did research on childhood obesity and found out how the farm bill, for example, affects food grown in US by farm subsidies.
Without being too political, I will be interested in learning what you learn, when you get past the introduction!
I take my German neighbor to the store. She prefers the darker bread and misses her fresh bakeries in Germany.
All of the books sound so interesting! I used to love to read! Now I get most of my education and history from public TV! While I was reading on garden.org, PBS had a TV show called Breakthrough that was about the history of flight! I think I got all that history in 1 hour, while I was also working on the computer!!!
