Then open Paint or another image program like Irfanview and paste the screenshot (the "Paste" button in Paint, or Edit > Paste in Irfanview).
Save the picture (click File > Save) as a PNG.
Then come back to the forum and click the "Upload an Image" button just below where you type your post. This will open the file dialog and you can select the screenshot you saved in the previous step.
