This is my favorite toothy seedling, and it first bloomed in 2014 (TOOPHER x CASPER'S REVENGE). Each year it has bloomed in July, near the end of my daylily season, but this year it bloomed in mid-season -- and I wasn't that impressed because the teeth weren't very prominent at all. But then for the first time it has rebloomed for me now in August, and it looks much more like its old self. Unfortunately it is not a vigorous plant, but I cannot bring myself to dump it because I really love these blooms.

Anyway, I've crossed it both ways with that last toothy seedling I posted a couple of weeks ago, but unfortunately this seedling seems to be very picky as to what it will successfully cross with, so at this point I don't know if I will end up with any seeds in a couple of months.

However, that toothy cross I previously posted does appear to have taken, at least at this point, although we have a long way to go for a pod this late in the season -- and in our 105 degree heat... Crossing Fingers!
