Nice looking plants, Stefan. I cannot help with the ID. It looks like the second plant is in a really rich mix.
It turns out my new cacti and Echeverias were mostly in weird and variable mixes, so I ended up bare-rooting them and giving them a healthy dose of pumice. I'll be waiting several days to water, obviously.
Hamwild, I like time comparison pictures like those. Your plant is much bluer now, which is an improvement.
