what do you think about Super Elk Rooster sage ?

would it take a moist ground..

it would be near my black blue which
likes moist soil in the flower bed and near marshals bee balm
which likes water...

sun from 9 am to 2 pm
temps can get to high 9os but it would be shaded after 2 pm
and no west sun..

The black blue salvia grows wonderfully in my flower garden...
it and only blue ensign have done exceptionally well with the heat
and humidity..and amount of sun

Also looked at Super Elk
Salvia aff. hians 'Super Elk Strain'

I am leaning to Amistad and liked the orange contrast of super elk rooster sage near each other...small flower bed so wondering if putting the edging I mentioned around each plant would keep them smaller
here is the place one would be planted and the edging
I may post this in the salvia forum also...but I do respect your
opinion very much and time..

you will see the green metal edging .. waiting for me to purchase a salvia to go inside it..

Then see the back two plantings of bee balm in side their green edging..

Between those 2 beebalms in background ..the buddleia is dying too moist
so will remove it this month and dispose of it

and thought of putting a salvia there that can take some moisture and clay and bought garden soil in the hole..

I need to make a decision and see if any of this can be planted late sept
and have time before nov 6th frost or light freeze...

Would you wait till April to order or if they offer it
in sept..order it now

Does a plant shipped in a tiny container have time to get settled from late sept to nov 8th?
