I am embarrassed to to admit that I had a gorgeous Pagoda in a container and recently, while we were having some shrubbery and a tree planted, I decided to put it in the ground. I figured it would get watered daily as the others would. Oops, it was in a different spot, kind of hidden beyond some larger shrubs (which were to be removed when the pagoda got going) and I completely forgot about it. It is dried up and crispy. Being a tough Clerodendron though it will probably return but maybe not this year.
Minds are like parachutes; they work better when they are open.
