I don't know for sure, but I googled "daylilies by cerillo" and there was a facebook page for Curtis Cerillo. It mentions hybridizing and collecting daylilies, so I suspect he's the hybridizer, but I'm not on facebook, so I couldn't snoop around much. If he is the hybridizer, I'm sure you can contact him there to get a fan or two.
