@Ticker, I am sorry for some reason I just saw this question *Blush* The hostas have now been in this spot for 6 years, and have been pretty much dwindling away. I moved some of them out before they actually died all the way- I didn't want to lose them Sad Nothing grows under this tree, not even weeds really and it is a dry dusty mess. Thinking of just mulching it and maybe putting a bench there.
