Since it's already stressed, I'm not sure adding fertilizer at this time of year is a good idea; maybe just move it's location to less sun for now and wait until spring to fertilize. I'd also suggest a plant food/fertilizer specifically for palms and use only 1/4 of the strength suggested on the package. Plants grown indoors don't need as much fertilizer as those planted in the ground outside.
