Hello all,

Just to share … I'm building a green house, that's a rebuilt from a part of an horticultural greenhouse. Covered is made with polycarbonate thickness 32 mm (about 1""1/2). Useful surface about 20m².
Lot of second hand parts like sliding doors, and Windows, and iron skeleton. Neverthless total price, with man power free (mine .. LOL) is about 5000 US$

Thermal balance for a delta T of 20 Celsius is 2000 W … means 10 ° inside and -10° outside, most probably never reached.

That's the first step, being understood that in a few days, I will have to enter my plums … this winter the heating will be electrical (that's a good thing, because with a wattmeter, and my temperature historical, I will be able to cross check my calculations)

In 2020, I will install the soil heating, and about 6m² of solar panels, the Energy will be accumulated in the soil during the day, and restituted during the night … but that's an other story ..

Have a nice day, thanks for reading.
