It is one of the more unusual strap leaved pendant ones. Most have wider stiffer leaves. These remind me of a pony tail palm.

These used to be uncommon, but when you found one, they were not extravagantly expensive. Unfortunately now small specimens can go for $150. And I would not trust the variegated ones. Mine reverted very quickly.

As a friend and fellow aroid collector is fond of saying, 'Reversion is just one mutation away' LOL
