VL - Thanks so much for your reply and all of your links. Hardscape on the top is a better idea. The bank is 26 feet long and 3' high in full sun. If it were you, which one(s) would you choose? I have never had sedum (or hens and chicks) but I like the look of it and will have to learn how to propagate.
