Mexicali meatloaves?

Rosie I am interested in how you make the GF corn pudding and then use batter for muffins. I'm not in a rush to do extra cooking!

My mom is cooking dinner for my brother and herself. She may cook Cornish hens. I told her about Sean's warm sandwich!

I planned to buy pork loin. Didn't find what I had in mind. Bought these seasoned garlic and herb pork chops that say gluten free. These have more sodium than we usually buy. Thanksgiving is special day!

These are seasoned and packed individually so may be handy to l
keep in freezer.

Also bought jumbo sweet potatoes.
Wondering how long they need to cook in Crockpot!

Stay safe with travel and cooking!

My boss sent text to see if I can work Thanksgiving in exchange for my choice of day off. I am always open to a deal. So, I said Yes!
Then I had excuse to buy large turkey and other items for work!

There is a site called "wicked good kitchen." Google wicked good kitchen "sweet honey corn pudding" recipe..

The recipe calls for a corn bred mixture.and it woo hive a link to the recipe for the corn bread mix.. ... and a gf substitute for the flour in the mix

Don't use the oil and the mix will keep in fridge over a year

The sites owner has a spouse with celiac

I am making the corn bread mix and only using Half of it in the corn pudding ..the rest of the mix I will use another time for corn bread
You can find a recipe on same site for the corn bread using the GF mix
Don't squat with yer spurs on!

People try to turn back their "odometers." Not me. I want people to know 'why' I look this way. I've traveled a long way and some of the roads weren't paved
