AG cooked a savory fish dish!
On TV I saw them cook a sweet dish!
On Heading South, an outdoor show, they caught fish off Louisiana coast.
I think they caught trout. To me, Recipe looks like it will be good with any fish
Easy quick recipe:
Olive oil in bottom of baking dish.
Lay fish fillets in bottom of dish.
Drizzle with cane syrup. He used Steens
Molasses will probably work and is healthy! Smooth syrup evenly on fish.
Then top with crushed pecan pieces.
Bake for 10 minutes. I didn't hear oven temp. Cook time depends on fish size
