I purchased Pink Stripes in April 2018. It bloomed for me that first year on tall scapes and I quite enjoyed it's blooms. Very pretty. Last year (2019) it did not bloom for me at all, but increased in fan count quite a bit. (lots of new fans, but I haven't counted them). Put all of its energy into multiplying I supposed. Looking forward to seeing what it does this summer.
