Good morning. Unfortunately there are a number of semps that look very similar to the one in your photo, so it would be impossible to give it a name. It will forever be a NOID. No Id. But that is okay, most of us have a few NOIDs in our collections that we have kept because we love them. Yours is a lovely plant.
Would you like me to move it to the general sempervivum entry in the database. If you go through the entry you will see many beautiful NOIDs.
