I purchased 3 fans Blue Desire in early May, 2018. It did not bloom the first summer, but this evergreen came through the winter very well, and bloomed very nicely during the summer of 2019. The blooms were beautiful, with a very blue eye, outlined with magenta. I did not try to set a pod on it last summer, but did use its pollen successfully and have several nice seedlings growing with it as a pod parent. I am anxious to see what comes from these crosses.
