Teresa, I think most people just put daylily name, hybridizer, and year. What I put on mine is

I usually use the 18 font ( which usually makes it 17.5) on the cultivar name in bold and just leave the rest of it at whatever font it makes it automatically and not in bold. I also center it.

I use the brother P-touch labeler and use the 1" black on white tape. I use the 11.5" zinc ones like pictured above.
