It's another hit! It is closest to Precocious. The diameter of my flower is about 4" which is about 100mm, the stated size of Precocious on the reference website is 98mm. You are amazing! 
I really appreciate this identification. Thanks again! Hopefully, I won't get anymore mislabels but so far the mislabels have turned out great!
