Hey All-
I made some hypertufa dishes this year and I'd like get some moss growing on them. I found a blog post on how to do this so I am going to give it a shot. My plan is to find some moss growing on stone. I will mix it with some yogurt and rub it all over the hypertufa and then keep it in a shady spot and moist. The post said it could then be moved to full sun and the moss would be ok. It might go "dormant" during peak heat but return during cooler wetter weather it will come back.
Does anyone here have experience with getting moss established on hypertfufa? If so any tips/correction to the above?
