An interesting plant and topic making a unique banner and discussion. These plants currently (here) are in a lush foliage mode. They will disappear over June & July and "magically" reappear as beautiful blooms in August. They are also known locally as "magic lilies" because of their growth and bloom habits. Also called Surprise Lilies, Resurrection Lily and Hardy Amaryllis.
