Went down to the cabin today to mow lawn and the wildflowers seemed to have tripled in number. The red blanket flowers, Black-eyed Susans, Edwards Plateau Spiderworts, dayflowers were just incredible today. Spotted Monarda (Beebalm) was everywhere and my two patches of golden lantana were really serving up lunch for the bees today.
