Welcome to the forum, hotpotpepper! You might want to add in your location, or "near" location to your profile so folks will know where your located...they can give better advice knowing where you garden at.

Bean and pea seeds can look pretty gnarly when they're first growing. Mine usually look all puckered and wrinkled up, but they smooth out. I'm not sure what that's all about, but it's the way it is in my garden. On the bottom photo I see some round spots toward the center of the leaf...possibly insect nibbling?
