I, too have used frozen pollen successfully, and store it as Ina has mentioned. I have also kept pollen at room temperature for a couple of days, and used it successfully. I just take the stamens off, and put them on something paper (like a paper plate, piece of cardboard, or I have also used egg cartons and put the stamens in the little cups, and then used them over the next few days.
